Commission Payment Agreement

This Commission Payment Agreement ("Agreement") governs the commission terms applicable to any purchase or sale transaction facilitated by UMWO Energy ("the Company") on behalf of the applicant ("the Applicant").

1. Acknowledgment of Role

The Applicant acknowledges that UMWO Energy acts solely as an intermediary in facilitating the transaction and is not a manufacturer, refiner, or end buyer/seller of the product concerned.

2. Commission Basis

A commission of [X%] of the total contract value shall be payable to UMWO Energy upon successful completion of the transaction, as more fully described in the Commission page of this website.

3. Timing of Payment

Commission becomes due and payable within [X] business days following confirmed delivery and receipt of payment under the underlying sale contract.

4. Non-Circumvention

The Applicant agrees not to circumvent UMWO Energy by contacting or transacting directly with any counterparty introduced through the Company, for a period of [X] years from the date of introduction, without the Company's written consent.
